Terms & Condition:

Rates are per room per night basis.
Your booking will be guaranteed by advance payment through bank transfer to our bank account.
This entitles you to a 10% discount for a minimum stay of 7 nights and a 20% discount for a minimum of 14 nights on published room rates, but all bank charges and fluctuations in exchange rates are at your own cost.
Another option is to make a pre-paid non-refundable booking through AGODA.com or booking.com which can also occasionally offer discounted rates. In case of early departure for whatever reason, all remaining nights will be forfeited
